Generations Of Pop! Ariana Grande, 21, And Madonna, 56, Among Performers For Upcoming Grammy Awards In Los Angeles

Ariana Grande and Madonna will take the stage at the Grammy Awards along with other artists in a diverse lineup of artists announced Tuesday.

The 21-year-old Big represent the latest generation of pop stars with pop veteran 56-year-old Madonna who is the female artist ever sold.

Great will be performing at the Grammy stage for the first time, while Madonna will make his fifth appearance.

Madonna has won seven Grammy Awards nominations dating back 28 Crazy For You in 1986, while Big recently received its first two nominations.

Country rocker Eric Church, rock veterans AC / DC and singer Ed Sheeran also performed, according to an announcement from the Recording Academy.



Church is for four awards at the 57th Grammy Awards with nominations for Best Country Solo Performance, Best Country Song for Just My hometown, Best Performance Country Duo / Group Raise 'Em Up with Keith Urban and Best Country Album for the outsiders.

Grande has its first two nominations in the Best Pop Performance Duo / Group Bang Bang with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj and Best Pop Vocal Album for my everything.

Sheeran has three nominations for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album and Best X written for visual media to I See Fire song.

Great has been oblivious to the televised performances with recent performances in Victoria Secret Fashion Show, American Music Awards, Grammy A Very Christmas, Bambi Awards and the Country Music Awards.

Beyonce, Sam Smith and Pharrell are the leading six nominations each.

The three pop stars, along with Sheeran, compete with Beck for album of the year.

The Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 8 will air on CBS.
